OK, so sometimes I like to come on here and have public qn's on and chat with a variety of people. However, I'm tired of certain people hitting on me and not taking no for an answer when I indicate I'm not interested. Yet I don't always want to put people on ignore. So tonight I came on and decided to turn private's off, and yet I still got a private qn from one of the people who keeps bothering me. So does this feature work or not? I know it's unusual as most people either turn all messages off or put people on ignore. I am invisible with all messages off 99% of the time, but on those rare occasions when I want to be social, I'd prefer just to have fun with publics on and not get private qn's.
Now you've made me cry. I was just trying to be friendly! LOL This has been worked on and given up on several times, but I'll put it out there again just in case the admins want to revisit it.

I've just figured out one more weird thing. When I have private qn's off, people can still irritate me with private qn's, but if I try to answer them, I can't send a private. So it is working sort of the opposite of the way it should.
I'm with you, Becky. I'll hide invisible, so they can't see me. I got this onne guy saying he hears my voice in his head. Talk about bad feelings?! More heebeegeebees, than anything. I just told Meow that's why I hid out. I hate having to leave partway through a good chat. It's so rare around here. And, I want to give someone the chance, and not always Ignore. I didn't know or think I was telepathic. Besides, I'm not ready for a bf. So, I'm letting him know I won't listen, by being invisible.
Any, that's my thoughts. And so what wanting to give someone a chance to change. If it shuts off, we shouldn't get messages like that.
